Loving yourself seems to be a buzz word that has been around for a long time, however you probably wonder what is or how you can actually love yourself. You've already tried saying it three times to yourself in the mirror and you still feel exactly the same. Well loving yourself goes a little deeper than that and I'm here to explain exactly what you can do to be on loving journey of daily self love rituals.
1. EATING - Eating is a daily ritual but eating healthy and organically is a daily LOVE ritual. This love ritual says to your body that I love you and I am going to nurture you with amazing abundance of whole food, free from chemicals and food pesticides, free and from refining processes. This ritual loves your body and gives it all the nutrients it needs to thrive, by having this daily love ritual your body will start performing at its optimal level, you will feel alive, light, free from moods, free from toxins and all the symptoms that come along with the toxins. You will attract people of the same likeness, you will start attracting your tribe, lets call it your love tribe :)
2. TREATING YOURSELF - Treating yourself is not a pass to go crazy and eat junk food, processed carbs and gorging on an alcohol fuel weekend with friends, no. Treating yourself means to actually think of loving ways to make you feel amzing! Think of having some time out sitting on a grass filled paddock in the sun, blue skies above, and just having time out of the noisy fast paced life, really tuning in to the sounds around you like the bees buzzing nearby in the flowers or birds tweeting in a nearby tree, water moving down a stream. Ok maybe we dont all have time to find this place and sit there but think of something that truly makes your heart sing, perhaps its walking along the beach or going horesriding or maybe its just taking a yoga class that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Once you have found this thing, do it on a weekly basis, this is loving your self!
3. MOVING - A day filled with movement is a love ritual. our bodies are made to move, if we think prehistoric times they were made to hunt, these days we dont have the need to hunt but we definitely stil need to move. It doesnt need to be gym (I'm not a gym lover i prefer the outdoors), it doesnt need to be sitting on a rowin machine in your garage, it doesnt need to be lifting weights every day. What it does need to be is movement that you enjoy, go walking, go swimming or go dancing. There are many ways to move it just needs to be part of your daily life and daily love rituals.
